All Cottages are Pet Friendly- Pet Fee is $15 per night/ per pet.
Over maximum occupancy fee is $25 per night/ per person.
Cancellation Policies
NO refunds will be given in the months of JULY and AUGUST or on a Holiday weekend.
Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to a scheduled arrival date in the months of May, June, September and October your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations made up to 29 days or less to a scheduled arrival date in the months of May, June, September and October will NOT receive a refund of deposit.
